Realistically I believe that Sara and Lisa will face the eviction boot this week.

My reasons being that B-block will not nominate each other, and as there is more of them then most will target Sara/Lisa/Michael but won't target Nicole as she is Rex's girlfriend. I bet you any money that Nicole won't be up this week!
