Explain how it is a fix please

I'm disliking Rex more and more by the day but just because he's an arsehole doesn't mean he's incapable of winning the task without BB's intervention. So how was his victory a fix?

BB will do anything to keep Rex in. They know that although Rex is probably really disliked he is good for the viewing figures. The more viewers the better the revenue from the advertisers etc. Rex will be there to the end - :yuk::yuk::mad:
