Near death experience, well almost

Today I thought I was about to die
I felt something moving in my hair so i had a feel and a wasp stung my finger. Within about 5minutes my hand and arm was all swollen and pains shooting up my arms. Then my heart started to hurt and I thought I was about to have a heart attack and die after half collapsing.
But as you can probably tell I didn't die and I am ok but my hand is all swollen and is about 3 times bigger than my other hand.
I hate wasps. :mad:

Yeah they are evil, I wasn't even trying to hurt it and it still stung. Well atleast it is dead now.

If you had a reaction like that you should really see a doctor. That sounds like a severe reaction. I don't mean to try and scare you but wasp stings can kill in extreme cases. Get some advice. Glad you are ok.

Oh god..... I hope your ok but Nursey is right...... its best to get checked up because these reactions can be extremely severe

I know they can kill, I was so worried I was going to die in a shop I don't want to die infront of lots of people.
Maybe I should go and see a doctor, it still really hurts

Agreed. It sounds like a dangerous reaction. Spike what ever you do please take the advice given and report what happened to your doctor. .....Avoid wasps at all costs.......
