My music taste is very varied, I like genres such as pop and I also like a little rock (but nothing heavy metal.) Generally I listen to music that's in the charts, and if a song is in the Top 10 on iTunes I'll download it just to see what's so good about it and it gets me liking a lot of songs. My favorite artists are; Madonna, Rihanna, The Ting Tings, Duffy, Katy Perry, Amy McDonald, My Chemical Romance, Evanescence, Mariah Carey, Britney Spears, Leona Lewis, MIKA, Coldplay etc etc.

I listen to a wide range from Rock, to Blues, to Gothic, to Pop, to R&B, to Classical, to Musicals.
I prefer music that isn't in the chart/mainstream though.

Listening to both rock and pop does not automaticaly make your taste in music varied. The entire listening universe has heard of most bands mentioned in this thread.

I dont really buy much music just click on Myspace and Youtube and watch videos on there, guess Im a bit of a meanie when looking round the shops. I prefer to spend my money on goin out with friends and gettin nicely plastered :laugh:
