Nooo. The closing ceremony starts at the same time BBLB does.
Yeah, she's singing what's described as an R&B aria followed by a rock cover of Whole Lotta Love with Led Zeps' Jimmy Page on guitar.

I wouldn't be too worried, I don't think it will be on right until the end, but I may be wrong.
Edit:
1pm The closing ceremony begins at the Bird's Nest stadium in Beijing. The Chinese are keeping details of the ceremony closely under wraps but there will reportedly be some 7,000 participants, including 350 kung fu practitioners and 60 players of the erhu, a Chinese string instrument. The main event is expected to be a duet between Spanish tenor Placido Domingo and local soprano star Song Zuying. The martial arts superstar, actor and singer Jackie Chan will also be performing.
2.30pm Mayor of Beijing Guo Jinlong will hand the Olympic flag to Jacques Rogge, the president of the International Olympic Committee, who will then hand it over to the mayor of London, Boris Johnson. There will be an eight-minute performance designed to highlight some of Britain's finest talent, including David Beckham, Leona Lewis and Jimmy Page.
2.45pm People at 20 sites across the UK will celebrate the handover by taking part in Sing the Nation, the world's biggest singalong. It will last for 15 minutes with people in each location singing one song relevant to their region and one national song.
3.15pm A London 2012 handover concert in the Mall begins, with 40,000 people expected to attend. The party will be broadcast on big screens at 32 sites around the UK.Record-breaking Olympian Michael Phelps, winner of eight gold medals in Beijing, will be appearing. Performers will include Will Young, Heather Small and Katherine Jenkins.
4pm The Olympic flame will be extinguished to signal the end of the closing ceremony. Again, the Chinese are keeping the details under wraps, but if the opening ceremony is anything to go by, expect some spectacular fireworks.
5pm The party in the Mall ends and the Red Arrows will stage a flypast.
So I guess 2.30-2.45

I agree, but I don't hate her. I just find her annoying. I do think that there could of been someone else to perform. Ah well.

like who?right now Leona is the most famous british female singer in the world and shes got a better voice then any of the current british female singers.so i cant think ofa anyone better...
I reckon Leona is a great choice... because we had to choose someone to represent England for the London 2012, and in all fairness in 4 years when that comes around... Leona is gonna be quite big :cheer:
Before anyone moans, her vocals weren't bad, but the sound was.
Apparently all over the word, everyone had sound problems and they couldn't hear her that clearly, but I think she did a good job.

Britain almost ruined the closing ceremony. I'm glad they were only there for 8 minutes.
The eight minute segments are never that brilliant though. It cost 2.5m just for that eight minutes!
