Has Dannii removed chemistry from the panel?

The original trio of Simon/Sharon/Louis worked really well and ideally that panel should return but last night in the auditions I thought the ones without Dannii were more enjoyable because I think Simon, Cheryl and Louis worked well together. When Dannii returned it was suddenly cold, and not enjoyable. Now the strange thing is I like Dannii but imo shes just there serving no purpose other than to suck the life out of the judging panel. Last year it was flat and it was this year until last nights show.

Don't agree. She brings glamour to the show IMO, and I think she's the only straight talking one in the panel. Remember Niki, who went out of tune most nights yet the judges still managed to praise all her performances, except Dannii who actually spoke the truth.
IMO, she definitely serves a purpose, she got two acts in the final last year, she's doing something right.
She's the most hands on mentor aswell, as according to her three acts she was always in tutoring them, especially before the first show when she was apparently in every day, which, considering Sharon didn't see her girls once, is great.

Cheryl isn't glamorous, I still see her as the chavvy tramp she was when she won PSTR, although I do like her now.

Dannii minogue and cheryl cole bring nothing to the show! Both are the same, flat, dull... Just 2 PLASTICS on a tv show. The old pop idol judges are better but i dont watch the X factor to watch the judges...

Because it's only 2 weeks into the show and they have done nothing but focus on Cheryl.

ive never liked Danni. As louis said she hasent had any hit singles so who is she to pass jugment on others ? I agree that she is cold and the show is certainly not enjoyable with her on the pannel.

Btw has she had a face lift because on last nights show her face looked all streched and thin !?

She probably overdid the botox.

But she has had some success, shes had quite a lot. Every song she has ever released has gone to number 1 in the UK dance charts and shes had 9 top 10 hits, 4 of which were top 5. Shes had 14 songs in the top 20 and in total has had 19 songs in the top 40. Shes also had a big career in theatre and has a massive following around the world. Not the biggest success ever but she is a lot more successful than many realise.

Dannii has been successfull. She's had plenty of top 10 hits and UK Dance Chart hits. What makes her any less relevant than Simon and Louis?

I don't think she fits in any more, especially now that Cheryl is on the panel.There just seems to be a real lack of chemistry between her and the other judges, so little in terms of interraction.It's almost like she's a stranger.

I think Cheryl, Simon and Louis are much better - I didn't like Dannii as a judge last year (I think she's the least worthy to be a judge out of all of them), and I haven't warmed to her this year. However, in her defence, she is a good mentor... which is more behind the scenes, but she does well in that role since she lends a lot of support, whilst Louis/Simon and even Cheryl might just be more interested in what they want and nothing more.

Also, I do miss Sharon. Her and Dannii just didn't click at all last year, and I think if there had to be four, it should be Cheryl, Simon, Louis & Sharon.

I noticed this alot when i watched it last night... the first half was fun then when Dannii appeared again, it all went boring again... its like she is holding everyone back!

I don't think four judges works particularly well to be honest. Cheryl isn't great but Dannii's very bland, her two acts made the final because they were pretty boys, one with a sob story and one with a great voice.
Get rid of Dannii and keep it a panel of three

Its not working with her there, she just like mrs cole but older. I would get rid of dannii and bring back sharon, there is somthing missing form the judges and having mrs cole and dannii who are kinda the same is not working...

Look the fact is right Dannii is what keeps the show a talent show she brings a certain type of class to the show. Im sorry but everyone keeps saying dannii cant even sing well listen to cheryl she is a really weak singer. Cheryl might be good looking but that's about it. If I was to go on the x factor I would want to be mentored by Dannii because she puts her heart and soul into making sure you do well dont u member dermot saying last year on xtra factor that she is the first one in the studio with her contestants doing loads of rehearsals and that and is the last one to leave that is what a mentor should be like giving 100% to the contestants which is what she does!!!!!!!


All the Dannii fans out there catch her presenting the nickelodeon kids choice awards 2008 on the 20th of september 08 only on nick!!!!!!!!!

The fact is that dannii looks dull and flat now sharon has gone plus dannii and mrs cole do look kinda the same with the glam they bring which is a bit boring... It would be best for the show to dump dannii and bring in a new judge that is not "glam"... I would say sombody a bit raw, full on in your face!

Not true atall. Dannii was praised to the heavens last year for being straight talking and a breath of fresh air.

The same will happen to Cheryl.
