Well whatever you decide, dont ask for Rex's (the head sheff:joker:) advive, he's the one who enlists the help of 6 other people and ends up making one not as good as a blind man :laugh3::laugh3:

With that in mind I think your cake will be just about perfect:wink:

i made a layered one, but it's cooling atm. I had one layer, then it will have buttercream and jam, then the next layer.
it's broken loads though and looks kind of rank and i put too much sugar in..
