i dont think sara deserves to win specifically because of what people are saying about/to her
but she does deserve a lot of credit for dealing with it in the dignified way she has; however i think darnell needs to be voted out at the earliest possible opportunity, (not walked out the backdoor), and subjected to the boos he deserves; i think he is on a bit of a suicide mission personally and has something psychologically wrong with him - he needs counselling baaadly:

Yeah .. she's been a laugh to watch .. the only person to back stab people less is Rachel.
I can't get onboard with Rachel and Kat .. they seem to think acting like sweet little 4 years olds means that they can't ever be wrong about anything. It's like it's their amour ... besides baby talking 30 somethings is a pet hate of mine.

But yes! She does, after everything that happened lastnight, she coped so well, without getting angry and being in an argument. She just laughed it off to start with then defended self until she couldnt take anymore- which im not suprised with. Good on Sara! They were being so nasty, and shes not any of those things.
