What would you have done? Not everyone agrees with it but if you had to pinpoint one thing about you what would it be?

I would love to get my nose done, thinking of getting it done in November.

If anything I would obviously along with everyone else get my nose done but tbh... it doesnt bother me THAT much. I will get over it not being perfectly straight!

Also I am not sure if they do it but I have always wanted smaller bottom ribs... because mine stick out and means I cant have a flat stomach so I would like that sorted if ever possible... wouldnt want them removed though. Although, if I got that done, I might scar. And I would rather that didnt happen!

Ive already had it done lol, mine was under the NHS though so it was free but its classed as plastic surgery. Best thing i ever did though. :thumbs2:

And i dont know if this comes under plastic surgery but id get crowns put in to make my teeth nicer [i saw it on 10 years younger and have wanted it ever since] but it costs soo much :sad: x

I've already had it but like Christina it was done on the NHS for free, but it was still cosmetic surgery, and I got my ears pinned back which looking back at pictures, I'm so glad I did as I'd hate to have the ears I had.

There's no other surgery I'd want really, I've made the drastic changes I wanted to and I'm happier for it. Dumbo is no more.

Did you get to wear the sexy head bandage for a fortnight after too? :laugh:

It was probably the best thing I've done too, in and out within a few hours, not much pain and felt a lot better about myself afterwards.
