Colonic Irrigation

Has anybody ever had this or would consider it? Would you recomend it if you've had it?

I really want it, it'd be a bit uncomfortable but I reckon it would be really worth doing. I might actually ask for it for christmas.

I saw that on Gillian McKieths show. I thought it looked really uncomfortable and nasty :s

I don't think theres any point in getting it done tbh, especially if you go to the toilet regularly and eat healthily :)

Medically I don't think it is very good for you,messes up your bowels. Nutrionally its good,but thats it. I would never do it.

it's a bit eerie, lying down and watching your rotty stools float down a tube.
