No they are too old to have kids, they already have kids between them (Separately)and I think now they just wanna enjoy life without kids... theirs are all grown up now.

mario already has kids and lisa has an 18yr old daughter.. but it is possible but i dont think they would want kids

Mario mentioned that there's a chance that Lisa's daughter might be kind enough and as a symbol of her love and gratitude to her mother, she might offer to be the surrigate of Lisa's new child ... Lisa's daughter replied "you what?"
