Sara and Lisa's relationship is more mature and would therefore likely survive on the outside, where as Kat and Rachel friendship has been based on mutual survival. Once outside the house I think their dependency on each other will dwindle as they won't need to rely on each other. I can't see Kat wanting to share her photo sessions with anything other than a jar of cookies. Rachel will just go back to Wales, get married, have kids and be remebered as "what was the name of the really boring one on bb9"
