No hes had good reason rex just been nice to him for so many weeks.

even if he was mikey ionly started rex the week before nicole and

mikey has spoke the truth each and everytime.

Mikey can just not like someone's personality, he, for instance, doesn't like his arrogance, materialism and controlling tendencies. He doesn't like them so much that can't overlook it.
It happens a lot generally.

Because Mikey has the clearest vision in there ... he can clearly see Rex for what he is: a nasty bully.

I have to say, I do think Rex is hilarious at times, but I just can't stand how he treats people.
