This is quite a thought provoking post:

OK, I am a Darnell fan, and I am not so much Rex, I agree with what they are saying about it being frustrating to see someone try to be happy all the time.

But arent these the same people who use to have a go at Jen and Luke for saying the exact same thing. I remember Darnell specifically saying to them, some people are just happy, and that they shouldnt hate them for that (them being kat and rachel).
And now they are using it to their advantage because Rachel and Kat are whats standing in front of them and the prize.
I understand what he is doing, its all gameplay, but its not consistant I am afraid!

To be fair though back then I think they probably expected at least a slight deviation from Kat and Rachel. But 6 weeks later and its the same, they hold back so much.

If Rachel were to sit on the fence as you say; pray tell, why would she go against the grain on a number of occasions? Take the cake gate for example, shouldn't she of just said 'Yeah, Rex's cake is better'? Of course she didn't, she chose the other knowing the others would nominate her and go on about it - Rex's ego clearly bruised being a chef. Same with VTgate, if Rachel wanted to sit on the fence, she would clearly say 'Yeah, your right Rex' and agree with them all, however, she didn't, she actually went against them.

Rachel has the ability to see the good in things, even if it's bad.. the world is not just black and white, she sees shades of grey, gives people the benefit of the doubt, acts on the goodness in her heart. Rachel was one of the few to nominate Rex the control freak to his face also, so this myth that people use that Rachel sits on the fence is a very flimsy excuse to dislike the girl, and only enforces her support even more.

Rachel may have a few splinters poking out but Rex has Mohamed fully lodged up his arse, 24/7, so I'd ask you to get off that high horse.
