I am very self conscious... I don't eat much nowadays lol, but only cos I'm not really hungry a lot of the time!
Anyway... I've made myself sound like an anorexic or something LOL, I'm really not!
I wanna look good  thats all!

I like weightlifting but you wont see me drinking egg whites anytime soon. People cut out carbs etc before a body building comp but never continue it because there is no need to.
When i was out in the trucks i was working with a guy that did body building and he was HUGE! He never ate cr@p but did eat loads because he had to, but it was lean meats not the cheap stuff and in a weeks shopping thats alot of money. Plus a mate of mine got sent to prison for a year in in that time he came out huge... With time on his hands he just worked out non stop even in his cell! But then its keeping that up after prison.
A fish diet is good, good food.

It's supposed to be 2 weeks then introduce one carb a day, then a life plan etc, but i cba.
I lost a stone on this diet :D
and now I'm back to my usual diet of like normal food and lots of bread and stuff i've gained no weight whatsoever :D

Diets always fail. I've been trying to lose weight since I finished my exams but good food is too tempting. I do think I've lost a few pounds though.

also i have now tried egg whites with milk its not too bad.
breakfast.
egg whites and milk
lunch
protein drink
dinner
protein drink
my new 6 meal a day diet.
I hate! losing weight!
I have porridge, a promax bar and fruit for breakfast.
A ham sandwich (Brown bread) mid morning.
1 Chicken/spinach Sandwich, 1 Tuna sandwich, some soya yogurt for lunch.
Before exercise a protein shake. 1 hour hard exercise, sometimes a bit more when I can be bothered to cross-train or go for a run (I'm bad at doing that lately ) A protein shake after exercise.
Early dinner of chicken/steak/any meat, usually with wholemeal spaghetti or brown rice.
Evening I have half a tub of cottage cheese with rivita crackers, a mug full of nuts and some more fruit.
Late evening I have a peanut butter sandwich.
Before bed I have a protein shake (with milk instead if water)
Protein shakes are really adding up £ wise, I seem to go through a tub of those in no time. Oh well :bawling:

my brother spends over 144 pound monthly on them.
£114 wow, mine is £90 a month MAX, usually its 75-78 depending if I miss some days out. I use promax at the moment, but I'll switch to Cyclone as soon as I hit 170lbs, which is the weight I want to be.
