PRESS RELEASE

VICTOR TO BE EVICTED FROM THE BIG BROTHER HOUSE

All week, the nation has been voting to decide which housemate will be the next to leave this year’s Big Brother house. During tonight’s 9pm show, DAVINA McCALL announced live to the house that the sixth person to be evicted is VICTOR.

By the time phone lines closed this evening, 1,848,224 viewers had cast their vote.

Of the 1,848,224 votes cast, 93,486 (5.06%) voted for Daniel, 749,869 (40.57%) voted for Jason, 133,355 (7.22%) voted for Nadia and 871,514 (47.15%) voted for Victor.

Of the total votes cast, 959,028 (51.89%) were made by phone, 543,187 (29.39%) were made by text and 346,009 (18.72%) were made up of interactive votes.

On hearing the news, Victor hugged his fellow jungle cat, Jason and shouted to the awaiting crowd, “what you booing me for man?” Jason said “I’ll see you next week mate.” While Daniel, after avoiding eviction again, said, “Will you tell my friends to start voting me out because they aren’t coming up with the goods!”

Wasn't as close between Jay and Vic as Davina was making out then.

Dan I see is still ahead of Nadia.... put you money on Dan to win before the bookies realise Nadia isn't going to win.

Even though I am Michelle's Cyber Devil's Advocate and acting Cyber Devil's Advocate for Shell on a temporay basis, that does not mean we think their best interests will be served by them winning.

I therefore remain completely neutral on who to win.

Army of Jack, we have repeatedly told you not to make comments like this. We don't tolerate homophobia on here. Your comment is completely out of order.

I voted for Nadia 4 times and where did it get me? :bawling:

Why do people like Nadia so much? I just don't get it. Why should she remain in and Victor out? What is wrong with keeping the baddies in? For God's sake when will the public learn.

I voted for Nadia a few times as well, looks like people wanted rid of the most entertaining housemate which i thought was stupid.

Maybe I'm getting too old for this show, I dunno. I vote to kick the boring ones out to keep the show entertaining. I was very critical of Victor at the beginning during the fight with Emma, but I've always accepted he is a character and a funny guy, played a good game and deserved to get further even win.
