The illogical thing about this thread though, is that you Ukturtle were supporting SARA to win! That would have been beyond stupid and ridiculous, had it happened.
Rachel on the other hand is a deserving winner. So comparing her to Kate (in your feeble way of posting a youtube clip as an argument) is just putting two good winners beside each other - and your point of Rachel's triumph being "ridiculous" is not even close to being made.
Everyone has their own qualities people like, just because it's not the same for you.
Get over it, she won.

I only saw a lot of dancing and talking in the diary room as well as talking to people. I didn't watch BB3, but by the looks of her best bits, they didn't look all that great to me, sorry

Kate was alot like Rachel, just a nice girl who hung around in the background and had a bit of fun when the time was right. Not much difference between them at all.

Get over it she won. Just because you did not found her entertaining does not mean the public felt the same way has you. Its the same with sara you found her entertaining but the public didn't so just get over it.

I really would compare Rachel to Kate, but apparently in BB9 being a Kate/Rachel wouldn't win you a series.
By the precedent set by Anthony, Brian, etc., you'd need to be a complete dumbass who would expose themselves and get shamelessly drunk while showing 0 class throughout the entire series.

All the winners have deserved it more than Rachel did this year.
She shouldn't hae one, she didn't change from the minute she went in there to the minute she came out, she has always been, and will always be the same boring housemates.
Rex, Mickey, Darnell and Sarah were all quality entertainment, and should've come 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th in that order.

Sorry, I've yet to understand your argument.
If you're trying to argue that she hasn't changed, then that adds a plus to her consistency. She obviously didn't go in trying to be someone she was not, and her "act" (which everyone thinks :rolleyes:) never wore away.
If you're trying to argue that she's boring, well different strokes for different folks. I'd honestly like to see someone that's positive all the time than a bully who makes watching BB feel uncomfortable.

Kate Lawler was ok if you find drunk women entertaining. Rachel won for completely different reasons: For standing up to the odious teat-head, for taking the grossest of constant insults with dignity, for being unfailingly helpful towards Mikey and for being completely nice.

For me this year most of the housemates were all a very nasty lot of wanabies.
Only a few of them Rachel, Mikey and Kat
actually went on the programme to enjoy the experiance of BB.
Even Rachel jokingly calls herself boring.
What i don't get is why some people actually find bitching, backstabbing and bullying entertaining?
Why shouldn't a normal person, not a wanabee win the show?
For someone who many people call boring Rachel must have been one of the most discussed housemates of all time.

Agreed. These guys haven't stopped crying about their idols not winning. They can't accept that the 2 most decent people in the house came 1st and 2nd.

Tbh it wasnt really fair and square seeing as BB9 got caught up in a gambling scam on the final when a gang fixed the votes for money (Seeing as Rachel was least likely to win they made A hell of alot)

I didnt mind her at all tbh, it was the fact she won a good series over 2 of my favourites.
I remember watching BB9s final and Davina said Darnell, I was so upset and then she got Rex out and I was like 'How could this be!' LOL
But once it came down to Rachel and Mikey I remember everyone in school wanted Mikey to win so I didnt mind who won in the end but I more so wanted Rachel just to piss off everyone who wanted Mikey to win LOL
As I found Mikey annoying.

Dale was hilarious, I delivered some of the funniest moments like when he was H.O.H and had that food fight, or Heaven told him a scary story and he **** himself LOL and when him and stu would just mess about.
Rex didnt really do that much to Jen's painting but I loved the outcome of it, the massive fight was a highlight of BB9 and we have Rex to thank for that and for being so entertaining.
one thing we can all agree on - whether you liked the winner or not, BB9 is the most fun series to still talk about, as it was the best one. <3

The only reason he got 2nd was because he was blind lets be honest, he was a grumpy old man and people usually get pissed off with the 'Joy Killers' in BB.

I was one of the very few people at my school (out of the very very few people who watched it!) who was rooting for her to win
I was so happy when her name got read out over Mikey's - I thought it was gonna be a foregone conclusion that Mikey gets 1st place, but it was lovely to see such a nice girl win :)
