Cause I'd really love to make some and like show them to the admins & mods cause I really think we need some new and modern themes to spice the forum up a little =D
You need to be good at html I think?

Just make a banner, then an admin would like use hex codes to choose the colours for everything in teh forum like background, text colour etc. 'Cause on an XMB forum there's a form to fill out to make a theme, just asks you for colour details n stuffzz.

I agree with you Damon, the forum really does need modernizing. Maybe a banner which stretches across the whole of the top header would be good and some better blue colours for the theme.

It's not too difficult. It is just a question of altering the colours and table widths of a current theme, and creating a new logo if you want. And also creating new icons if you want to.
The easiest way would probably be to load the index page or forum topic page into your web page creater and adjust that.
Here is the theme details of the TiBB Theme. Click on thumbnail to view...

You can match those colours to the ones you see on the page.
