How To Help A Sore Throat?

My throat is killing me, my glands are swelled up so much and its really sore. It's my birthday in 3 days and I want to get rid of it. Does anyone know what helps this?

I don't want to be feeling this crap on my 18th. :sad:

(Though a birthday topic will be nice :tongue: )

they are lime flavour and numb your throat as well as sooth it, but they are not as cheap as strepsils but i'd recomend them babe.

They are okay but merocaine is better imo as i've tried strepils and they didn't taste as nice and don't have that anasthetic.
