I was weak. That's why I needed you.... Needed someone to punish me for my sins.... But that's all over now.... I know the truth....
Now it's time to end this.

Ted Striker: Surely you can't be serious.
Rumack: I am serious... and don't call me Shirley.

[as the plane prepares to take off]
Hanging Lady: Nervous?
Ted Striker: Yes.
Hanging Lady: First time?
Ted Striker: No, I've been nervous lots of times.

Rumack: You'd better tell the Captain we've got to land as soon as we can. This woman has to be gotten to a hospital.
Elaine Dickinson: A hospital? What is it?
Rumack: It's a big building with patients, but that's not important right now.

All three of the above are from the legendary film, Airplane!

“Love is always patient and kind; it is never jealous, love is never boastful or conceited; it is never rude or selfish; it does not take offense, and is not resentful. Love takes no pleasure in other people’s sins but delights in the truth; it is always ready to excuse, to trust, to hope, and to endure whatever comes. Love does not come to an end.”

From the Bible but I'll just pretend that 'A Walk to Remember' came up with it.

So you have to work off that quote and an image of Winnie?

Nah its really open, I can do anything that is under the category 'Image + Text', and it must take 10 hours.

I have looked at Barbara Kruger as inspiration, so the quote might be turned on its head from quite a positive statement to a negative one, not sure, Ive looked at a few other artists too, though dont really understand their work but theirs gives a more positive feel.

Ah, so you have a fairly wide scope then. That actually can be a pain in the arse sometimes though because you think too much on the subject rather than just get going on your project.

I've looked at that Barbara Kruger stuff and the first thing that springs to mind for me when I combine her with Winnie is comic books. She has a very graphic style, with the emphasise on bold messages, you know? You could design a little comic strip with you as the hero of the piece, like Winnie lol. And have big lettering on display, just like Kruger.

Its a good idea, she said comic strips are perfectly acceptable. I think I will end up doing something along those lines because just 1 straight forward piece would never take 10 hours. :)

A little comic strip would be actually really good. You could even do kinda collages on it rather than drawings like Kruger. Now I want to do it. lol

Taylor Swift:-

To me, “FEARLESS” is not the absence of fear. It’s not being completely unafraid. To me, FEARLESS is having fears. FEARLESS is having doubts. Lots of them. To me, FEARLESS is living in spite of those things that scare you to death. FEARLESS is falling madly in love again, even though you’ve been hurt before. FEARLESS is walking into your freshmen year of high school at fifteen. FEARLESS is getting back up and fighting for what you want over and over again… even though every time you’ve tried before, you’ve lost. It’s FEARLESS to have faith that someday things will change. FEARLESS is having the courage to say goodbye to someone who only hurts you, even if you can’t breathe without them. I think it’s FEARLESS to fall for your best friend, even though he’s in love with someone else. And when someone apologizes to you enough times for things they’ll never stop doing, I think it’s FEARLESS to stop believing them. It’s FEARLESS to say “you’re NOT sorry”, and walk away. I think loving someone despite what people think is FEARLESS. I think allowing yourself to cry on the bathroom floor is FEARLESS. Letting go is FEARLESS. Then, moving on and being alright…That’s FEARLESS too. But no matter what love throws at you, you have to believe in it. You have to believe in love stories and prince charmings and happily ever after. That’s why I write these songs. Because I think love is FEARLESS.

"All I ever wanted to do was make a record. Here's what you do: you pick up your guitar, you rip a few people's tunes off, you swap them round a bit, get your brother in the band, punch his head in every now and again, and it sells. I'm a lucky bastard. I'm probably the single most lucky man in the world -- apart from our Liam."
