Anyone who's watched BBC coverage of the Olympic / Paralympic Games might have heard this song on the end credits...particularly the end of the Closing Ceremony where highlights of Team GB's triumphs were played with this song on top. I love it loads...it gives me goosebumps, and nearly made me cry when I saw the closing ceremony.
