The shackled housemates have had to participate in a morning workout as part of the latest task.
After they were summoned to the sofas the plasma screen suddenly came to life. The housemates were told they could adapt their moves if their chains prevented them participating fully.
Eyes glued to the screen, everyone followed the video instructions. Even Jason raised a smile as the housemates stretched and warmed up while soothing music played in the background on the video.
"All right!" said Stuart, clapping as they completed phase one of their exercise routine.
The music then picked up pace and the housemates dutifully marched and hopped on the spot, clapping and laughing.
"It's an amazing move, that is," said Stuart, getting into the rhythm.
"Pump it up!" exclaimed Jason as they were instructed to "slide".
Getting a little carried away and giggling, Nadia improvised, wriggling and clasping her hands above her head in an unauthorised manoeuvre that clearly wasn't on the exercise video.
"My flip flop's just gone," mumbled Jason as his flimsy shoe snapped under the pressure. But it wasn't enough to make Jason break his stride.
As the video instructor barked orders, the housemates enthusiastically hopped, kicked and flung their arms in the air with varying degrees of coordination.
Nadia clutched her bosoms, possibly feeling the strain of all the jumping up and down.
"OK... cool down," instructed the video finally. After a few winding down exercises, the routine drew to a close and the housemates cheered and clapped..
"I feel so alive!" enthused Stuart.
