She has been a true loyal friend to all of Kat, Mikey, Darnell & Mo, has supported them through thick & thin, and always consoled and picked them up whenever they have been at their lowest (and all 4 have expressed their appreciation in the DR).

Has given her all to the entire BB experience. She's pulled her weight with all the household chores, and has given 100% in every single task, excelling in most of them.
Has been on a MAJOR emotional journey. And so have I whilst watching her. As one fan said, "She laughs, she sings, she raises spirits. She lifts viewers' hearts. She lifts mine, anyway".
The most empathic, selfless, positive, level-headed, compassionate, kind & genuinely nice hm, who is also the only one who hasn't done any bitching or backstabbing, or done one single nasty thing for 12 whole weeks.
She is a lot stronger than many give her credit for. Most people would've cracked a long time ago under all that pressure, surrounded by so many odious and/or overbearing people, but she just soldiers on, never plays the 'poor bullied victim' card, tells them (Rex, Luke, Stu, Dale, Mo, etc) off like they're naughty schoolboys, never gives in to peer pressure and somehow manages to keep on smiling in the face of so much adversity. Her smile alone is entertaining enough :-)
Rachel is probably the nicest housemate ever. What makes Rachel extra special is that she is also the housemate with the strongest mental fortitude in BB history. When she has needed to take someone down she has done so. When she has had to stand up to peer pressure in there she has been unwavering in sticking to her principles. Rachel is class and the public will choose Rachel over any of the others, simply because she stands out from the crowd.

Despite her non-confrontational disposition, she has never backed down when people have a problem with her. She stands up for herself and others. Voted for Rex TO HIS FACE and telling him last night that she was glad she did it.
Rachel is so damn fierce and has been a fantastic housemate. I'm going to bed and will vote for her again tomorrow and every day leading up to the final."

Rachel: The BB production team did everything in their power to try prevent you from winning. They virtually edited you out of the highlights show in the first few weeks to try portray you as the boring one, and then when your popularity started to rise after the VT incident and your stint as Head of House, they further attempted more hatchet jobs on the HL show coupled with loads of negativity on the spinoff shows. Even though more than 80% of your best bits never even made the highlights show, you still managed to win. This surely proves what an amazing housemate you were. In many peoples' opinion, you were the best ever, and the only true deserving winner. It's a crying shame that BB (and their media outlets/cash cow) now has sour grapes and egg on their faces. Victims of their own bad editing. But don't let any of this upset or deter you. Rise above it, as you always do. It's entirely their own faults for not being honest with the public in the first place. Thankfully, the majority of the viewers who saw your true personality on the live feed were not fooled by their blatent attempts at manipulation, and you can hold your head up high and enjoy all the success that you so truly deserve.
