I know that apparently it applies for european counries not too sure about america, plus the tuition fee's will cost ALOT more. If a european wants to come over to the uk to study they have to pay about £10,000... its ridiculous.

If you are full on serious about it then you can apply for a loan over there... but it takes a lot of time and planning.
Maybe you could arrange a scholarship... which is free tuition fee's, my brother got one for soccer over in america but he turned it down.

I don't think the loan will count in abroard. Because it's out of the UK especially London. So you might have to pay for it unfortunately.
And a Visa is like £70-80 i think.

Get fantastic grades, the only way you get a scholarship is if they really want you there and are willing to give you the place for free.

In a few years I would love to be going there but the same problem for me is the costs
I don't know if you already know but you can go and do the course in London with the New York Film Accadamy

If you go on ERASMUS then you get given a major (and I mean major) grant for doing so, thats how I survived in Portugal for 5 months when I studied over there.

Unfortunately it only covers Europe. For USA/New Zealand/Australia you have to fund it yourself or find a sponsor. And as a minimun you have to also prove that you will have at least £3000 in your bank account to support you while over there depending how long you intend to spend there. (also you need to sort out visa and I think it's the J-11 form asap if you can go)

You also still get your student loan and grants if you are going for a term/2 terms.

If you go for the whole year you need to speak to your Loan agency, as sometimes they get really mean.

If you go for less than a year, you still have to pay for fees at your uni! Sucks I know.

the dedts here are lots and it costs alot even though you get loans uni costs lots about 40,000

but if you go to america with living costs and uni etc its gonna cost around 80,000 pounds i think its $170,000 i went to my carrers dept in college about going to uni in the usa they bascilly laughd at me and said are you a millionair? cos its cots a lot, you cant get loans u dont have family support and if somthing goes worng and you want to come back to the uk well ur kinda stuffed.

its better going to uni in the uk , bournmouth is the best media uni in the uk, i was thinking about going there, but iv decide to do primary school teaching instead.

what about go to the usa after uni or go to the usa for a gap year?
its much cheaper and easier and better to go here for uni unless you can afford $170,000

think about it :thumbs2:
