Pink has scored her first solo Number One single on the US Billboard chart, beating out rapper T.I. and Rihanna.

The pop star took the top spot on the Hot 100 with her tune 'So What', beating out T.I.'s 'Whatever You Like', which has held the Number One position for the past three weeks.

She also beat out Rihanna's 'Disturbia', which came in at Number Three, and MIA's 'Paper Planes', which hit the Number Four spot.

Pink reached the top of the charts once before as part of a group including Christina Aguilera, Lil' Kim and Mya, whicht remade Patti Labelle's 'Lady Marmalade' for the film 'Moulin Rouge'.

'So What' is the first single from Pink's forthcoming album 'Funhouse', due out in the US on October 28.

the Billboard Hot 100 has little relevance with what music is popular in the US.this isnt P!nks first #1 in the US.

I didn't know she hadn't had a number one in the US before! Oh well, I don't really have an opinion of her new song, it's not her best IMO.

We were the first country to ever give her a number one though! back when she got to number 1 with 'Just Like A Pill'.


About time the USA gave her a number one (although surprised it this single, it's good, but not her best)

no i said this isnt her first US number one.not this isnt her first billboard hot 100 number one.like i said before the Hot 100 doesnt represent what songs are popular in the US.
