Hahah, I dunno how it happens! I love sleep, I'd love to sleep for hours.
But I go to bed about ~4am and automatically wake up about 7/8am. It's horrid.

I cant give an honest answer to this one. Sometimes I dont sleep at all and others I need more sleep that a newborn baby.
It depends on what sort of day it is.
Its causing most distress

Depends on the day, each day is different, so average I'd say 4-5 hours because tonight [so every Monday], I don't sleep at all.
I've totally messed up my sleeping pattern lol.

School - 11.30 > 7 = 7 and a half
Weekends - 12 > 11 = 11 hours :bouncy: x
About 5-8 hours a night during the week, depending on how late I stay up, and then depending on what I do at the weekend, it can be anywhere between 3 and 12 hours :P

I could never miss sleep for a whole night.
People should be carefully, lack of sleep or too much sleep is closely linked with depression. I remember on my year out of education I slept loads every day and I felt terrible... like life wasnt even worth living.
So make sure you get the right amount of sleep guys, 6-8 hours.

Not 6-8 hours, the minimum for a proper sleep where your brain has fully rested is 8 hours. Any less isn't enough so you're looking at more 8-10 hours than 6-8.

Well I only said 6-8 hours because I read it in an article in the paper, apparently new studies show they are the revised amount of hours you should sleep. Plus obviously it depends on the person, if you are over 50 you can survive on about 5 hours sleep.
