I've got some "intense red" hair dye.

My friend says in Freshers Week she is going to get me drunk and put it in my hair.

I'm so so very tempted.

Thing is it has hydrogen peroxide in it and can damage my hair.

But then that would be pretty funny still (unless my hair falls out, eek).

So, worth the risk for humour factor? Yey or nay!

(PS. My hair is kinda... darkish brown, quite thick).

Edit: Oh also, it will be in chunks. Not my whole hair.

I already have the hair dye for this time, the different colour was for next time if I don't like this one. My friend suggested purple for next time too, so might consider!! :sad:

Also my friend did hers purple and it went bright pink LOL. It looked good, but still was funny.

Hmmm, ive seen so many girls die thier hair and regret it when they want to go back, and are left with brown hair with giant caramel coloured gaps in it :S I dont know if red would affect it much though ?

It's only demi-permanent (not semi lol), which means after a few weeks it goes/fades.

The only thing I can think of that would go wrong with ed is that it fades to an orangey colour but I've had that happen before and because my hair is a lightish dark colour anyway it kinda "blends"

Red hair does look really nice, but only on certain people. So I really couldn't comment without knowing what you look like.

My hair's red, and loads of people I know are getting their dyed darker as well so I'd say yeah you should :)

Maybe try getting non permenant incase you dont like it.. or a wash in wash out one :wink: But i like your hair, i want to dye mine dark brown but it will make me look too pale x

You should defo go a purple Lauren. I went purple today and had the same colour of hair as you before hand and its really nice.

Dont worry about ruining your hair as hair dye doesnt tend to do that unless you constantly dye it different colours all the time over the top of each other.
