I caught my boyfriend cheating a few weeks ago and I can not stop thinkin about it feel like I am going crazy!

No, but be careful. If he thinks he can get away with it once.

What you have to ask is why did he do it? It could just be that things have run there course. I cheated on someone who I had been with for 10 years. It was over between us and had been for a while. The problem was neither of us were brave enough to do anything about it as all we knew was each other. So I took the cowards option. I got caught. She forgave me and we tried again. But the underlying problems were still there and in the end we called it a day.

3 years on we still love each other but know that it is over. Sometimes you just have to accept the fact.

10 years is such a long time-I can't imagine how hard it still is to see them.Just feel like it's impossible at the moment and if I still feel like this in 3 years how will I cope?!Does it not hurt when you see them?The only thing I think went wrong was that I trusted him too much....but he has pretty much cut me off now anyway!Impossible situation!:shrug:
