"When i saw the theme i tried to think about different types of energy then decided to go for a big energy source of electric,"

"I took this picture last night when my fire was lit.. it just crosses my mind that it shows energy. Its supposed to show that this gives off heat and light, which are both forms of energy. Plus, I like how the flames look in this picture :)

"I wanted to try and capture that cold winter morning sunsrise when I took my photo, and use it as a backdrop for a man-made electricity pilon. I wanted to try and create a contrast between the innocence of the sun and the complexity pilon. I also wanted to show that without the sunshine energy, and the world, wouldnt be here. "

My Inspiration -

pinkmichk - WOW! I love the way you've arranged your shot from a different angle and not just taken a photo from the front, weldone :hugesmile: Its really industrial and professional looking

Magic - This one is realllly impressive too. I love the solar flare and the way the pylon is silhouetted. I think if it had been in black and white (just to show a bit more contrast it would have been perfect) :)

I felt you photo was weak this week, it did fit the theme, but I felt you could of come up with something alot better. It came across as more of a last minute picture. I did exepect more from you this week. Last weeks photo was better.

Clever, Its not one of the most striking out of all the images this round but it certainly is a different approach to energy compared to what every one else did, Although I did feel you could of come up with something better.
