I voted Darnel on a whim, but remembered that his vague resemblance to Ron Perlman did give him a hint of sex appeal. So I would say Mo was the ugliest.

Mo is pretty normal looking actually, weird eating habits, but facially actually average
Kat would probably have been quite pretty if she were much smaller in size
