View Full Version : School Foreign Exchanges
I'm going on my french exchange soon to Bordeaux and I'm really excited!
I had a french correspondant before, but I was filling in for someone who dropped out, so I didn't get the chance to go over!
What about you? Have you been on a exchange before? Would you go on one? Or be too scared?

I've had a few like twice in England, once in Italy and once in Russia. I am keeping in touch with them, all of these exchanges have been some of my best moments in my life. It's so amazing !
Did a half exchange once where we just went to live with them, they were really nice and they were really rich. I don't like the shutters French people have on their windows though
I went to Boulogne I think, but school took us to Disneyland and other places anyway

It was too dark, I couldn't see my hand in front of my face it was that bad
Obviously its fine when youre asleep but not when you're used to having the landing light on so you can actually see :joker:
I've always wanted to go on one/have someone over, but we don't really have space in our house, and the opportunity to go over has always had the condition of having them back at yours - which I can't do.

Yep I had that in my rooms but still, I could see light through it. When I told that to my mum she was like 'Those British are more weird than I thought' lol

I could never do it,I'm a homebird and I'm rubbish at languages. I'd never survive! I get homesick far too easier and thats even when I'm with friends.
