Can someone help me with my History homework please?

We have to write a whole essay on how the first world war started and I have absaloutly no clue!! Apart from the archduke being shot (which by the way i have no idea how that connects to it starting) and something about the moroccon crisis, the bosnian crisis and the arms race?

Could anyone please please please be utterly amazing and give me some help? Just tell me how it started, you don't have to write the essay for me lol

Hey that's basically it. IIRC.

Construct it like this:

Introduction - world war 1 started due to a number of factors including, franz ferdinand, naval arms race, etc.

Explain about Franz Ferdinand and sophie was it? i can't remember

Then naval arms race [iirc it was about germany and britains submarines rising and they were two big threats]

the other points

Conclusion: summarise all your points, say what is most important/ all of equal importance


for homework help i'd reccomend www.thestudentroom.com though! most people on it [except lauren :P] are quite stuck up but they're the best place for homework

and a whole essay isn't a big deal :S. we used to have an essay a week for history

now it's like.. :|

it's such a long time since i did world war one
i was soo dissapointed with an A in history. I was like, 4 marks off an A*. damn coursework :'(

I havn't learnt anything. Not my fault my teachers a dunce. People don't have to help if they don't want to.
