The midweek UK singles chart has revealed that Oasis are losing out to Pink in the battle to be Number One on Sunday (October 5).

Pink's single 'So What' is currently in the Number One slot, while Oasis' 'The Shock Of The Lightning' are in the Number Two slot, reports Music Week.

Pink's effort sat at Number 38 in the charts last Sunday (September 28th), but physical sales of the single since have propelled it into the provisional top spot.

Oh I hate Oasis, everything sounds the same with them. They had their hay day I think now they're just a couple of insufferable twerps who think they're gods.

They continue to make goods music though and this just shows the fans are still out there for them. They are a legend in music history and their songs will still be played in years to come. I do love Pink's song though.

I'm sick of So What now, it's so overplayed it's intolerable.

I like both songs but have had them for ages, lol. Am happy with either of them knocking off Kings of Leon :bored:
