I was nearly abducted!

I was walking home about a hour ago and was walking past a few cars which had stopped on the traffic lights
I had my ear phones in but I noticed some foreign looking people waving and shouting at me from a car so I took my earphones out so I could hear them they were shouting at me to Get in the car
I was shocked and kinda scared so I just said No thank you and then they started to get out the car and approach me so I ran down the street then they sped off.

I'm shocked because you don't expect these things to happen to yourself but I don't know if to phone the police because I don't remember any real detail. What do you think i should do?

You should phone the police. Their next victim might not quite be so lucky. You cannot take any chances. The police can keep an eye out around the area where it happened. Hope you are ok.

They will no doubt try it with another person, maybe someone younger who will succumb. You could really help.

And you think some strangers telling him to get in the car is normal? I don't think it's a waste of time at all by possibly preventing such a thing from happening. a similar thing happened to me whe i was about 12
i was walking down some quiet road at about 6:30 (Baring in mind this was winter so it was almost dark and then this black car came up beside me and this man came out the car and said 'get in and ill give you a lift home' i said 'no thanks i just live round the corner' which was a lie. So then he said get in the car now!' so i ran for my life and he was still following me so i went to this house which was not mine so i pretended it was so he would go away so i knocked on the door to make him go away and he quickly ran off. The person who answered the door i just explained what happened and my mum phoned the police and they came round the next day and just asked me if i could explain what he looked like and if knew his car plate number.

I was playing in my garden and a man got out of a white car and started walking speedily over the garden, I quickly went inside and started crying cause I was only little and very scared. Then I'd finished school later in the week and there he was waiting outside the school gates, lucky I had parents with me.

what world do you live in where people do that for a joke? I work with the police and believe me they would take it very seriously and there is a lot they will do! Most importantly warning the locals that this has happened and extra patrols in that area

People are allowed to stay impartial where they can see the points of both people and don't necessarily agree with either. Where am I "crying about someone disagreeing with me" as you put it? Lol. I have a family. My immediate family is my father and my sisters (all of who are over 40). Families don't have to necessarily consist of father, mother and children. THAT was my point. He had nothing to go by when describing this family other than the fact that they were from overseas ... hence he showed himself for a racist.
