If she's saying and doing those sort of things, then wouldn't the best be to report her to the police and/or tell your school? You'll all be as bad as her if you go and egg her house. She wants attention, and egging her house is giving her what she wants.

Although those death threats are likely to be empty threats, the police will still take it seriously if it involves a threat to murder someone.
