View Full Version : If your name is on the guest list, do you need ID?

Going clubbing tonight.. me and three friends are on the guest-list but only one of us is over 18 [so has id].. will that matter?
this is a bouncer thing, that once you're in, they serve you, bascially.
i've been there before, when a guy gave money to the bouncer to get in... so hmm.. HELP!
the guy said after i'd been put on the list:
"there is a guest list door! a bouncer has a clip board of names.
if u face the front of route, the guestlist door is on your left.
and speak to the doorman."

probably. youl need to prove that your who you claim to be. not 100% though

Well it happened to me so many times so I can confirm you that you will need your ID.
However do you know the bouncer personally ? Because it should be easier if you do.
Even if you get in the person behind the bar can still ID you/refuse to serve you.

No one does that. Basically if you are in the club, that means you are not underage (to them anyway lol)

LOL I havn't but when my sister did when she was a teenage that happened to her a couple of times.

Sometimes I didn't need it but most of the time I did.
Take your ID anyway. If they ask, make excuses, if not then it's great. :hugesmile:

I don't knowww, I hate these things. Maybe say that you went down there to get on the GL with your id but you've lost it since? that's worked for me a couple of times out of like 6 hahaha
