digital spy people are so rude

i can not belive how rude some people are on digital spy i mean im getting ganged up on by 3 or 4 people on there and i said im gonna report them then i get a email from the mods saying if i carry on abusing the forum i ME will get banned i am so annoyed i dont even know if the people i reported are also on a warning but ihave dine nothing wrong i havent sworn on there or been abusive:mad::puzzled::cloud:

The standard of moderation on DS is a joke now, which is why I left the place. The mods don't know their @rse from their elbow. Go on there and say anything mildly critical of Chanelle, Dale or anyone else represented by the Neon agency and your thread will be pulled...and you will probably be banned. But say Jade is a liar and milking her illness for publicity...that's fine :shrug:

ON this forum however, I can cuss anyone out or be insulted, and nothing will hapen, so no, I think they are much fairer. I dont know why they warned you, but there is a reason. OK maybe, I havent really noticed that too much. BUt I know for sure, that the moderators, make sure people dont disrespect you or have a go at you for your opinions. I like that about DS. Like if you say oh, you must be stupid for thinking that.... They will ban you for saying that. Or if you say something insulting to a housemate. Like I said that sara, she is such a biitch, and I got banned for saying that. And I think its fair enough!

I joined it like 2 weeks before I joined here, and I was absolutely ripped to shreds. I also found it really hard to navigate, it was all a bit confusing and unclearly laid out. That's one of the main reasons that I like it here, it's all really simple

I've only ever browsed it, and I didn't like what I saw. Very boring and unappealing layout, and there's not really a sense of identity on there like there is here...you can name members and recognise their signature/avatars. It's tonnes better here.

And the bloody C4 forum, I posted on there for a while but it's soo fast and everything on there was basically crap. You couldn't post somewhere and then refresh on the main page like 5 minutes later to see if anyone had replied to my post, because the thread would be like 5 pages back :laugh:

They talk waaaaaaaaaaay to much about people they claim to dislike, especially in the showbiz forums, and everywhere is just so cynical and negative, its a really depressing site.

LOL! Mitacond is classic! See, you can recognoze people, even on DS. BUt I have to say I like both forums. Tibb, is cool because poeple know each other more, and the layout is much friendlier. And sometimes I am in the mood for TiBB, sometimes I am in the mood for DS. BOth have advantages and disadvantages. TIBB is more democratic though. Like this kind of thread, woulve been deleted by the mods on DS, becasue its about another forum! .. They are more anal!

The trigger-happy mods impose these bizarre anti-libel rules that only apply to their favourite housemates such as Rex or Rachel and the forum is swarming with posters such as davinawho and Omah, who deliberately make a point of winding people up and hitting the alert button once they get a rise out of them.

So I created an alternate account, did nothing but troll the place and, wouldn't you believe it, I never got banned once. Funny that.

There's stuff on TIBB that's just as bad if not worse........I've browsed DS, and found they have a wide variety of threads, WHERE people on TIBB just seem to have a vendetta against a particular housemate, because their own fave got booted out. You end up going round in circles on here,rather than moving things forward.

Well, if I had to guess, I'd say the members of this forum are generally younger than on DS so the discussions tend to be less intellectual, but at least most people on here respect eachother's opinions and are quite friendly where as, ironically, DSers are mostly rude and childish. My main problem with TiBB is that the forum is so inactive when the series is over, but that's splitting hairs.
