So from the last 15 Years what has been the best year in music for you?

Was it 1996 when the Spice Girls were ruling the singles chart and Alanis Morissette was dominating every album chart in evry country with Jagged Little Pill?

Maybe 1999 did it for you? The likes of Britney, Christina and Eminem making their debut, and Offspring, Blondie, Mr.Oizo and Baz Luhrman all grabbing number 1 singles.

How about 2000, the year that holds the record for MOST number 1's ever (42 to be exact). You had the wonderful All saints 'Pure Shores', Gabrielle's 'Rise' and...
...oh yeah and the biggest selling single that year and the only song to sell over a million, which was (who could forget) Bob the Builder!

Or maybe you have been graced in the ears by 2003?
The year of lesbian romps from t.A.T.u, the spinetingling yet angelic vocals from Evanescence, Break-up Anger from Blu Cantrell and Beyonce letting us know she was 'Crazy in Love' all making the top of the charts.

So which year has done it for you? Vote Now!

2003 was great - Beyonce, Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake, Blu Cantrell, Evanesence, R.Kelly, Goldfrapp, Dandy Warhols, Ashanti, The Darkness, Madonna, Jessica Simpson, Hilary Duff, Joss Stone, Natasha Bedingfield, t.A.t.U; Liberty X, Dido, Pink, ect. I could go on and on, it was SUCH a great year.

Unfortunately it was the end of a great period, the next two years were to be disastrous for the most part.

2008 has been great so far though!

Which ever year 'Dilema' by Nelly and Kelly Rowland was released. I remeber thinking, 'music has been amazing this year'.

It was late 2002, but didn't get much airplay until early 2003.

Forgot to add Britney to my list, although admittedly, not her best work that year!

Probably 1999, 2002, 2006 and 2008.

1990 was brilliant too, with Ice Ice Baby and Grove Is In The Heart.

I'll vote 1999 because of the many debut's of the great, most popular singers.

'98 for me.

Had some good cheesy stuff to dance to, such as Cher's "Believe", Aqua, B*Witched and Billie Piper.

But also had some great real music...Madonna's Ray of Light album, Jamiroquai, Manic Street Preachers, Oasis, All Saints, The Verve, Garbage, Catatonia, Robbie Williams, Massive Attack...
