I was also wondering that... everyone has a grudge against them... I haven't even heard them sing enough to dislike them!
I think they deserve to be there, everyone does, minus the 2 I chose to put in the bottom 2.

i could imgine at least one of the girlband in the bottom two with someone who maybe doesnt sing well enough tonight
actually i wouldnt be suprised if both girlbands were in the bottom 2

I don't think anyone really hates them, I just think that a lot of people [including me] prefer Bad Lashes, and seeing as there are two girlbands, one's bound to go quite early on unless Louis makes them extremely different; and seeing as most people think Bad Lashes are better, that'd leave Girl Band to be the early exit.
