I say ITV were just as annoyed,but its illegal to have him on late,nothing they could have done about it.
You cant work a certain amount of hours either. Plus his parents might want him in bed at a certain time or something?
I wonder if they had to pre-record the results show so he could be on it? It will also be funny if he wins :laugh2:

Its a shame how he is the only one that wasnt allowed to stay - he didnt miss out on too much anyway did he? It was just a shame that he misses out on a certain part of the X Factor experience.
I have to admit I felt less of a pedo when they said he was now 16 cos I wanted him when he was 15 during the auditions!
Oh and LOL at him turning Dannii down!

He's 16, Holly Willoughby presents Xtra Factor, of course he missed out on a lot. You wouldn't understand though :joker: I just don't understand how Diana was there because shes under 18 as well.
I think he's a moron anyway who can't sing. He's one of three weak links in an otherwise very good overall final 12.

No they didn't because voting lines closed during the show so it had to be live or they would have been in alot of trouble
and hopefully they would allow him on the show if he wins
It might not be anything to do with the law, it could of just been his parents... just because he is on x factor now doesnt mean he should be let out of discipline.
