LOL, others want to loose, and I want to get fatter!

Basically, I think I am to skinny, I am small (Like 5ft4/5 maybe (?) yet only weigh 7 stone sommit.

So basically, I want to get fatter. I eat TONES as it is, so I'm not annorexix or nothing or something but nothing. :tongue:

I know I have a fast Matobilism, as it runs it my Dad's side of the family, up untill they reach say 50, but I want to gain weight, stuff my genes!

So does anyone have any advise on how to get a bit fatter?

I'm the same as you, except I'm 6ft3 :laugh:

I'm putting on weight very slowly, frankly by eating alot of crap, its not the healthiest way to do it.

Nuts, meats, eggs and oily foods should do the trick. :thumbs:

Oats, brown bread, lots of brown pasta, brown rice.

Water (1/2 - 1 pint)
1 & 1/2 bowl of crunchy nut

Mid Morning
Some chocolate shite or and apple

Lunch
Either...
A Ham Salad roll thing or
A Pasty or
A Sausge in a bread roll thing

and Crisps
and Cereal Bar
and Apple
and sometime a Wispa Bar LOL

When I get home...
Bannana

Tea
A large meal, e.g - Pasta Dish, Stew, etc.

Maybe I should say have a sandwhich and something at say this time, before bed?

Avoid trans fats because it'll increase your risk in cancer and don't try to gain weight fast because it'll cause stretch marks. I agree with Lauren.

I heard a realy bad way of gaining weight

Starve yourself for say 2 days, and your metablolism will slow down and make the food last longer.... I would... but TBH I love my food to much!

makes the skinnyness go away....

Just gorge yourself. Be careful though it's healthier to be thin (but not too thin) then large.

LOL! I never gain weight either, I am 6' 2 and weight 175 pounds.
But its not a bad thing. You will gain weight as you get older. Be grateful!
But if you want to, just get some protein shakes!

Im 6ft. I need to loose weight.

But i would reccoment eating more during the day, not unhealthy food. Like eat 2 apples a day rater than one, or bigger portions for your dinner or something

Or better that stay as you are. As long as your healthy how you are why risk becoming unhealthy? Take your fast metabolism as a gift not a curse my friend! :thumbs:

i would say stay as you are but if your really not happy go see your doctor they can weigh you etc tell you where you are on the guidelines and if needed will put you in touch with a dietician who can help you set a new diet for yourself if that is what is needed
i spent many years stuck at around 7 & half stone which was considered underweight for my height but i was healthy so the docs werent concerned

get some protein drinks bodybuilders use, just don't excercise so it goes on as fat instead :joker:

This kinda diet will be good.

Breakfast: Fine oats blended in a protein milkshake. OR. Bran flakes + fruit + yogurt.

Snack: Wholemeal bread (toast, or buttered or something).

Lunch: Brown pasta with chicken/bacon/tuna or something. Creamy sauces are also good.

Dinner: Brown rice with lean mince and a sauce. OR. Brown rice with oily fish/chicken breast. OR. New potatoes with chicken/salmon fillet etc.

And just snack throughout the day on bananas (if you like them... they're high in potassium, healthy but good for fattening).

You're clearly not fat you diva, hahah.

But no, they're not fattening in the sense of... they'll clog up your arteries, but they're full of potassium and carbs. They're really healthy, though.

I have to gain weight like constantly which is long.
But im on around 6 meals a day.

Breakfast: is just the normal stuff Wheatabix fruit n fibre n stuff. Maybe raw eggs.

Lunch: is usually chicken or ham.

Snack: usually just a tin of tuna or a salmon fillet

Dinner: Chicken 7 days a week

Then in between have 2 protein drinks at 25g's of protein each.

eat meat anything high in protein and calories,
Carbs are good but keep the sugar down.
Good amount of fat is good to but saturates need to stay low.

and also what ive started trying is raw egg mixed with milk, take out the yolk because its full of cholesterol the rest is good for protein.

And as a normal person your body will not take in more than about 36g's of protein within the space of about an hour and a half so spilit every meal and snack up by at least that long.

If you train your body will take in more protein.

Over 11 and half stone now at 5 foot 8 ish.

Omgg Im the same Magic. Im 15 and weight 7.7 stone now. I really want to put it on, i eat A LOT!! Do you think in the next few years, the weight will just pile on? The thing is, I was 7.5 stone, before i went on holiday, the holiday was incredible with all the clubbing but the hotel food was really bad, do when i got back home, I noticed i was 7 stone, now I have but 3/4 of a stone on, but I want to put more on.

All my friends are at the 8-10 stone range.

Im jealous!! I met this guy who lives in Staines on holiday and he was 17 but he was huge(not fat huge), 15 stone he was. I was slightly intimidated, but he was one funny bloke.

Its rare to happen if your eating good eggs.

but if other want to and worry about somthing like that, half cooking an egg is good because it still keeps a lot of protein and there is no thread of salmonella,

fully cooked eggs preotein becomes quite low.

Yeah, same really, I have put a bit on. but if I was an average human, by the amount i eat, i would surely be a an over 11 stone 15 year old.

My friends said that they expect me to be quite fat when its the schools first reunion, I was like Cheers!!! They keep saying to me that they dont understand why Im not putting weight on. But apparently, my cousin didnt put on weight until he was 19 and then he piled on so much weight that he didnt when he ate the most during his teen years.

You do not eat tons! I have so much shite its crazy. I eat wehen I'm bored, high matabilism though cause im 5ft9 and 8stone 10 :)

just eat pies and get totally pissed about 3 nights a week,no spirits though like vodka,strictly beer and high calorie alcopops.Take the car everywhere,dont exercise,you will get fat!
