Louie walsh denies Danii minouge rumours!

Louis Walsh has retracted his claim that Dannii Minogue will be axed from The X Factor next year.

Speaking to a Sunday newspaper earlier this month, the Irish judge predicted that Minogue would be dropped because producers are keen for Sharon Osbourne to make a return.

However, in an interview with New! magazine, Walsh insisted: "That's not going to happen. That was just me trying to be funny. It was a joke!"

Asked about his relationship with Dannii, he continued: "I'm getting on fine with her. I think she's better than Kylie. I was dubious at first about her coming onto the show. But she proved herself."

Walsh also denied claims that the Aussie popstar is furious after Simon Cowell started ignoring her in favour of new judge Cheryl Cole.

He said: "Simon is giving more attention to Cheryl. She's the new kid on the block. Last year it was Dannii. But nothing fazes Dannii."

Umbrella named catchiest song

'Umbrella' by Rihanna is the UK's catchiest song, a new poll has found.

The song, which stayed in the number one spot on the singles chart for ten weeks last year, finished ahead of dancefloor classics 'Dancing Queen' by ABBA and 'YMCA' by the Village People in research from Onepoll.com.

Other tunes listed included 'Come On Eileen' by Dexy's Midnight Runners and Kylie Minogue's 'Can't Get You Out Of My Head'.

"'Umbrella' was the hit everyone loved to hate. We loved it at first but it was annoying the 100th time," said the company.

"Even worse, while it was number one it seemed to be raining constantly."

Britney Spears will reunite with her old choreographer for her new tour.

The troubled singer has enlisted the help of Australian dancer Wade Robson – who invented routines for the star at the beginning of her career – for next year’s series of shows across the world.

Wade said: 'Britney reached out to me and said she wanted to get the old team back together, so we'll go into rehearsals in January for a March start.'

Wade, who also choreographed 'N Sync tours and was a backing dancer for Michael Jackson, found fame with his MTV show 'The Wade Robson Project’. He has since starred as a judge on TV talent show 'So You Think You Can Dance’.

The 26-year-old star has revealed he was horrified to see Britney’s public breakdown earlier this year, which resulted in her losing custody of her two sons to ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Wade told news.com.au: 'When you exist in a warped world, warped things are going to happen to you.'

Meanwhile, the heartthrob from the video for Britney’s new single 'Womanizer’ has been revealed as former Calvin Klein underwear model Brandon Stoughton.

Britney is seen gyrating against and kissing Brandon in the sexy new promo.

Eminem has personally announced that the title of his new album will be 'Relapse', and says it was mostly produced by longtime collaborator Dr. Dre.

The rapper announced the news yesterday (October 15) on his Sirius radio station Shade 45, during a segment which was touted as the 'on air launch party' for his book 'The Way I Am'.

In addition to the news of his sixth album, he previewed a new track from the release, entitled 'I'm Having A Relapse'.

A release date for the disc has yet to be confirmed, but 50 Cent hinted during the broadcast that it could be just a couple of months away.

'Relapse' is the follow-up to 2004's 'Encore'. In 2005, he also released the greatest hits album 'Curtain Call: The Hits'.

REVIEW OF BRITNEY SPEARS - WOMANIZER

After a couple of years of going through hell and back, there’s been head’s shaven, children lost, cars wrecked, paparazzi stalking but the Queen of pop Britney Spears in coming back with vengeance with her new album Circus.

Womanizer is Britney’s work at its best, her voice is sounding great, the tune is hot, the beat is catchy, the lyrics are raunchy, Britney is back!

We’re all looking forward to Britney’s comeback, since last year her album Blackout (which was critically and commercially a success) didn’t give her a comeback she wanted as her erratic behaviour was still going on. But now, Britney is truly back (:.

REVIEW OF LEON JACKSON - DON'T CALL THIS LOVE

Leon Jackson, the winner of X Factor 2007 (who beat bookie’s favourite Rhydian Roberts in the singing competition) is releasing his debut single. Unfortunately, there is no fuss to be made about. Leona Lewis’s debut single Bleeding Love practically guaranteed her a No.1 because it was a truly amazing song but Leon’s is bland and a bit boring.

** - Nothing to write home about.

- Sorry Leon.

REVIEW OF P!NK - SO WHAT

P!nk has a brand new song out, So What. After a couple of years of being out of the limelight to spend time with her then-husband she is coming back with an album full of songs about their time together and their follow up to their break-up and their divorce. So What is a great catchy song which really does justice to the long awaited return of P!nk.

**** - A great song.

REVIEW OF RIHANNA - DISTURBIA

Rihanna (who is currently the popstar who can do nothing wrong) has released a electronic R&B track, Disturbia. Disturbia is ultra-creepy which is guaranteed to get your blood pumping, your heart racing and your feet dancing. It’s one of the year’s hottest tracks and it is lyrically beautiful. Well done ‘Ri!

***** - Amazing!

Peter Kay’s latest genius creation, Geraldine, the winner of Britain’s Got The Pop Factor and Possibly a new Jesus Christ Soapstar Superstar Strictly On Ice. Of course the song isn’t meant to be taken seriously. So, very funny.

For the comedy factor,
