What's your sleeping pattern like?
Mine's odd. I go through roughly 3 month cycles; for a while I'll suffer from insomnia and get about 5 hours a week, then it's about normal, and then it all catches up with me and I just want to sleep all of the time; I'll get in from wherever and fall asleep and then find it insanely difficult to wake up in the morning

oh yeah the main reason i posted this is because I've only just got up. I woke up at 7 and decided not to go to college so I went back to sleep and my dad's literally just dragged me out of bed.. so yeah

When I was in school I'd get like 8 hours sleep every night (apart from weekends & holidays), but now I get about 4 hours sleep a night, including college days.

I am usually all over the place! No pattern, sometimes I am up late, sometimes I am not, but I can always easily wake up in the morning! And I usually sleep for about 6 hours
so what's your current pattern then?

I always try to go to bed 8 hours before I'm supposed to get up. It never happens.

Naturally I usually go to bed at 5-7 in the morning and get up between 1-3. On uni time I get up at half 6 and am exhausted all day and then I wake up at like 10 when I'm supposed to be getting tired which is just annoying. I wish the world ran on nocturnal time.

My sleeping pattern is a MESS! Like when I am working I can stay up until 5/6am and then do a 9hr shift and then still stay up until like 4am and go to work again after like 4hrs each night. And then I will be REALLY tired all day and go to bed about 10pm and try and sleep right through.. end up waking at like 2am and staying up the rest of the night until 7am then going to sleep. My mum used to really worry about me and sent me to the doctors all the time thinking it would lead to depression but I seem to be fine.. Just messed up really.

I normally sleep at like 4-5am and get up when I need to, so sometimes I get 4 hours, or sometimes I can sleep all day. Or sometimes, none at all.

Wake around 04:00, check email on laptop

Get in bath - doze in bath until 05:00

Get out of bath, put on cardigan, doze on top of bed with a towel as a blanket, drying off naturally until 05:30

Get up, get ready for work, check laptop out of the flat by 06:20

I need my sleep and if I dont get it then I am like a bear with a sore head. But I go thro times of insomnia too and they are the worst.

I'm taking some pretty heavy duty tablets that make me very sleepy sometimes. Its a shame I have to take them but without them I would be an uncontrolled mess

Normally in bed after midnight, up at 6:30-7:00am during the week, and then sleeping in at the weekends. Healthy stuff!

On a weekday I go to bed about 12ish and i'm supposed to get up about 7 but that ends up being 7:30.

On the weekend I go to bed about 12ish-1ish... and wake up whenever, but my biological alarm clock is normally 10:32. Lol which is very odd.
