Whose album are you gonna buy-Britney's or Take That's? And I'm not doing a both or neither option-if you HAD to pick one-which would you choose?

Yeah but most fans go on the websites,so really it's hard to tell. I was just doing this poll out of curiousty.
And TT have 2 albums out-1 normal and 1 deluxe which fan's are planning on buying both,so I hope that helps them.

not in the UK.TT's last album sold 400k in its FOURTH week and went on the sell like 2 million.i wont be suprised if their new album does the same.

TT's last album sold 2.5 million in the UK. They've had 4 UK album number 1's. Britney hasn't had any.

Obviously! TT have a huge fanbase, who are also the primary audience who will go out and buy a CD when its available. Britney will likely get more downloads because she appeals to a younger market. But I'm not having this fan age argument again.

Britney will obviously get huge downloads in the UK because it's been at #1 on the iTunes Video chart for a while now and anything that gets to number one on there does well when the single is available to d/l.

Yeah I don't think people really believe it about the young fanbase,their older ones just have more impact because they have more money to spend on multiple copies :laugh:

You cannot deny that a huge fraction of their fanbase may be older women, who would go and buy their CDs though. Britney's audience would young people who grew up with her (so around 20s at the most). They're the people who are more likely to download music.
And the young girls where I live would not buy a TT album. Obviously that's where I live, but I just don't see a 14/15 year old girl rushing out to buy a Take That album..?

Yeah, she still has a large fan base, and maybe even more so that TT.
Only say alot of people that download britney may not be huge fans, and download illegally. Basically, I reckon more people would download her illegally than TT, 'cuz of her main audience, which may effect her place in the chart.

Most of my friends (teenage girls and guys) have their albums as far as I know and most are fans. A couple even came to the concert with me.

Take That. Even if they release something ****, it'll do well because of their diehard fanbase. I don't think Greatest Day is worthy of number 1, but it isn't very good compared to their other songs. I think Britney may do well when Womanizer is out on download though.
