For music it's mainly Radio 1, sometimes Capital Radio and Galaxy.For sport and current affairs I listen to Radio 5 and Talksport.Been listening to more of Radio 5 before going to sleep instead of Talksport as the new presenter is so boring.

I also listen to BBC Radio 3 Counties as they broadcast commentary on all of Stevenage Borough's games.
