View Full Version : What could all this mean? -Thanks guys/ semi sorted/ Brilliant advise taken on board :D-
I'm never usually stressed.
But recently I keep feeling anxious and worried. I have no idea why.. I soon forget about it but then I start feeling worried again.
Does anyone have any idea what my deal is?

Where's Lauren when you need her.....
No not really.
I can't really explain it just about 3 times a day I would get myself upset for no reason. I have nothing to be worried about.
It confuses me.

Unless there is something you know might be on your mind, I'm willing to say it's just down to changing hormones. They can make us feel randomly upset, worried, anxious, or happy. Just so happens it's usually upset/anxious.
There's a chance it could be a mixture of this, and maybe the weather? Have you ever shown signs of SAD? I know a lot of people have this.
Otherwise, it'll be a mixture of hormones and general day-to-day stress.
:hugs:

Oh you just say you are
then noone will hit you *cough* :pat::laugh2::laugh2::blush2::blush2::blush2:x1000 0000
then you can blame EVERYTHING on it from moods and stuff to wanting to eat lots
your only problem is when you don't start showing :tongue:
seriously though you're hormones are probably just being idiotic as they always are in mid-teens. Lauren is the god of all truths (even more so than wikipedia ) so she'll probably be along shortly
EDIT: Shes already been :joker:
... and I've just read my post back, I look/sound like i'm on acid :blush2:
Gah, I love you Lauren.
I don't think I'm worried about a certain thing, I just stop randomly during the day and get frutrated and upset. I have no idea why and it worries me so I start to think what could be wrong and when I can't think of anything I over think things that are completly fine.
Oh and excuse my stupididy but what is SAD? (I am actually sorry if that was an epically stupid question.. LOL)

Join the club. - as difficult as it might be right now, this is probably one of those things where it gets better in time. In that time, though, I always find some chocolate cheers me up!... maybe that's just me though. Hope you're ok soon. xxx
Thanks Ash :)

Seasonal Affective Disorder.
I think someone else on here has it but don't wanna say their name incase they're not open about it LOL.
It basically means that as the nights get darker and mornings lighter, the darkness can affect your mood - get you depressed and anxious. It doesn't even have to be serious or anything, but mild anxiety can be a symptom of mild SAD.
That, coupled with mad hormones -> anxiety!
I always got/still get anxiety randomly.

Hugs from friends, good food and good music are the things that make me happy when I'm like that.
 You'll be alright.
When I usually feel upset I walk around..
I tried that on saturday, it didn't work.
Is there a cure because it does scare me...
Thanks James :)

Naps. LOL, seriously.
Oh, and also keeping your mind busy by doing something like homework... or if that's too stressful, write a story or make music or whatever interests you. Basically, keeping your mind busy quashes anxieties.
