Dead Set Episode 2 Discussion

The second episode of Dead Set airs tonight at 10pm on E4.

The official synopsis:

After an encounter with a zombie, Riq meets lone armed survivor Alex. The pair team up and escape the zombies by hiding in an abandoned country house.

BB Producer Patrick begins to realise that he is stuck in the green room with newly evicted Pippa and no communication to the outside world, no food and no way out - zombie Davina is patrolling the corridor outside.

Grayson tries to nurse Angel whose health is rapidly deteriorating. Having found safety inside the BB house, Kelly, along with Marky and Space, now have to venture outside again. Armed with knives, the three speed off to the supermarket in the hope of getting the medication that could save Angel’s life.

A DVD release was confirmed a while back. It's 18-certificate, retails for £19.99 RRP, and it's out on November 2nd. :thumbs:

That episode rocked! I loved the bit when they ran to the house! Me and my brother were actully on our feet from the tension!

It was good wasn't it? The endings are so strange and unexpected but I am really liking this show.

Got to say, Pippa and the executive producer guy are the funniest people ever. especially when he said to her "You foetus!".... haha brilliant, and her face. He comes out with the most random lines, and she is hilarious. If only we had housemates like those. I like all of the fake HMs, I hope Angel doesnt die with the cut on her leg, and did you see Markey got scratched when he jumped in the van, I hope he's okay. It was really scary when Davina was chasing them.

I loved tonight's episode as well! Haha yeah I'm loving the Pippa thing "You foetus!" lmao! It was good, obviously not as good as yesterday's in terms of action, but it's just setting the scene I guess! They're only half an hour long, not much can happen in them anyway!

Not much happened this episode but It served as a bridge I think to next episode which I think's gonna be the best yet. I think Angel's gonna turn soon and Kill Grayson or Joplin, I think that Space or Marky's gonna die at the Supermarket. I love the producer and Pippa, I think they'll find a way into the house.

I think so far all the characters are really likable.

EDIT: I was kinda laughing at the house thing I expected someone to shout 'Look Jill! Head to that mansion!'.

I read a preview a while back that says that you see Brian as a zombie and Ashleyne with a huge neck wound. I think they'll show up in future episodes unless they're in the deleted scenes on the dvd.

yeah the lighting look like the BB 1 lighting. you can tell they didnt use the BB house. just a studio. loved last night episode.
