My Flat

As some of you might already know I am moving into a bigger flat with Matt so that he can be closer to his new job.

I went to go and see one the other day and although I liked it, I knew it wasnt right for me. I have seen a couple that I thought I would love but then just didnt..

But this morning I had three appointments with a letting agency to go and see three apartments. I went to the first one which is in the new builds which I had my eye on months ago.. And I knew that I would like it. And I LOVED it!! Actually loved it..

But then I went to see the other two flats which were in another area and he picked up the wrong keys... And I am thinking OMG thats fate!

Matt says "Yeah hunny you just find us somewhere to live" - so he doesnt actually give a toss but do you think its fate!

I am going to phone in the morning and put the deposit down if nobody has beat me to it from now to tomorrow.

I would have liked the area more but because he didnt pick up the right keys I wasnt to go in and view it but for some reason I am thinking that it is fate that I cant see the other and I should go for the first one...

Well this is something like £700 a month rent which isnt bad for two rooms and a brand new build. Plus the master bedroom has an ensuite! :cheer:

Fingers crossed nobody gets to the flat before you. How come you have to wait until tomorrow until you tell them that you want the flat?

Cos I dont get paid until tomorrow! Thats why I am so scared that someone might pay the deposit today! :sad:

Ahhhh OMG!

I called this morning and did my references and paid the deposit and its mine!!!! (as soon as my reference goes through)

But its MINE!! Whoo!

OMG! I am so excited. Think I will be moving in two weeks so I will only have the internet on go on tibb at work for a little while but hey you win some you loose some. Then Matt is coming down for permanent on the 4th December!!

Christmas in our new flat hopefully!
