Okay I've decided to go along with Stars in their Eyes. The layout is pretty much the same as it was in the other thread I've decided (although it may prove unpopular) to stick with the one artist thing. If you want to apply U2U me with your name and the artist you're gonna be. My advice to you is to pick someone with at least an album out, don't go for one hit wonders either.

Here's a recap of the format:

There's gonna be 8 contestants, each show they'll compete with another singer in a sing off, the winner of the sing-off will be determined by U2U (I'm working on methods to prevent popularity voting as well as MSN voting). The winner will go through to the next show (Like a tournament) until there's only one singer left who will be the winner.

You don't need to be a great singer or imitator of the artist. You just need to give a good performance. Also don't feel like you have to do people like Britney to get votes all styles are gonna have as good a chance of any of winning.

I'm gonna be the host (Or Dean Deeley as Nicky calls me). There's not gonna be any judges and I'm expecting the game to last for three weeks (one round a week, gives the winners plenty of time to record their next song).

If Gazbo still wishes, I would LOVE his help. I'm gonna need a co-producer as I'm bound to get things wrong! :joker:

So please send in your applications, whether you can sing or not. It's a game at the end of the day, a bit of fun!

Nicky.

LOL JDizzle!

I'm not sure about Judges since I don't think they are really needed. I was thinking about having one judge but i'm not sure I'll get back to you on it.

Judges probably wouldn't work on Stars in their Eyes if you wanted to keep the format as similar to the TV show as possible.
