Any help fully appreciated!

Give up and use a real bowser like Firefox 3.
Isn't there anything in the help section that tells you what to do? Other than that have you looked at the Micocrap site?
I would first try the about bit, read what it tells you to and the use the mange bit to sort out the problem.

You will have to forgive me, I use an Apple Macbook most of the time and I run OS X 10.5 because I got fed up with Microcrap Operating systems being slow and taking ages to load and the computer never doing as it was told.
I have a Microcrap Vista machine, that takes ages to boot, I use to record TV programs, I will stick the software on it in the morning and take a look, if nobody sorts the problem for you before then.
As for Microcrap, help it is just that crap, it is written for people that have a Degree in Computer Science and several Microcrap professional qualifications.

It tells me my windows isn't even genuine when I turn it on! LOL!

Ive sorted it now! I had a click around on what you said, and it told me to do something I did earlier so I did, and its gone! Yey!
Thanks Red  x
Why is it that you try and figure it out for like 2 hours, then post for help, then it just goes away, after trying what I did earlier again!
xx
